I needed over 60 helium-filled balloons delivered to a reception hall as decorations
for an engagement party for my son and his fiancé` but I have a very small car and
didn't know what to do. I called Colette at errands plus and they came to my rescue.
She not only picked up all the balloons and delivered them on time but also helped us
place them in the hall. It was a small job for them but a great relief for me! |

Errands plus has managed to put time back into my busy life, which is priceless. As a full time working mother of two small children - having the support of your company to take care of the weekend chores such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning and drugstore runs has freed me up to spend more time with my children (outside of putting them in the backseat of my car to run around town). I cannot imagine being without the peace of mind that somehow everything will get done!

I had never imagined using a concierge service for personal use. I laugh to myself thinking that I gave up a Wall Street career to be a dedicated concierge service for my two kids. But there are times you “just need an extra set of hands”. One of the things I hate the most is switching over the summer clothes to winter clothes and visa versa. Because my storage is in an crowed attic, it’s an impossible all-day task that I dread twice a year. And like clockwork, each year I end up finding several items that my kids have outgrown because everything is disorganized.
On Monday, Mary Ellen arrived at my door promptly and was so much more than I could have ever dreamed of. Mary Ellen immediately took charge and within a very few hours, I had over three dozen bins completely sorted and labeled. We had 3 huge bags for charity and 3 more full bags for garbage. The bonus…. there is now room to spare! It was very affordable and the best money ever spent! Thanks again!
